By using aiaugmentedscrum.com or registering for any AI-Augmented Scrum training, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Use of the website
You may read, share links to and use the free articles and tools for lawful, personal or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that harms its performance.
Training registration
- All registrations are subject to seat availability and payment confirmation.
- Registrations are processed through our ticketing partner, Townscript, and are also subject to its terms.
- AgileWoW may cancel or reschedule a training because of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a refund.
Refund and cancellation policy
In short
Cancel at least 14 days before the training for a full refund. Within 14 days, no refund is issued.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the training date are eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the training date.
To cancel, email support@agilewow.com with your registration details.
Intellectual property and licensing
The AI-Augmented Scrum Guide is an adaptation shared under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). You may share and adapt it under the terms of that license.
All other content, including original commentary, articles, tools, training materials, logos, images and website design, belongs to Sanjay Saini / AgileWoW. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited, except where a license above allows it.
Tools and AI-assisted content
Some tools and templates on this site help you draft content such as a Definition of Done or a work-routing decision. Outputs are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing them before use.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
